Terms and Conditions

1. To book a place on the course please return the registration form together with payment of the nonrefundable registration fee.
2. There is no deadline for registration for our courses.
3. The full payment for the course must be made within three days of the start of the course. If the full payment is made at least three months in advance, the participant will be entitled to a 10% discount on the price of the course.
4. The payment can be made in euros, Polish złoty or any other currency. The exchange rate that the School will use for calculating the payment is the current rate of the NBP (available at www.nbp.pl).
5. We accept bank transfers and payment in cash.
6. Cancellation policy. The School refunds 50% of the course fees if the cancellation is made before the course starts (does not apply to students who are applying for a visa/residence permit). No refunds will be issued if the cacellation is made after the course has started. The cancellation should be made in writing.
7.Visa/Temporary Stay Refusals
If your visa/temporary application is refused, you must apply for a refund at least two weeks before the start date of the course.
If the refund application is approved, you will receive a full refund, minus the registration fee plus any courier fees if the following documents are provided: 
- A copy of your visa/temporary stay refusal letter ;
If your visa/temporary stay application is refused on the grounds that:
• you did not provide the necessary documents,
• you did not demonstrate adequate financial support,
• any other reasons for which you can be held responsible
the school accepts no responsibility to refund.
8. The School reserves the right to place the participant in a group it considers appropriate for him/her based on the participant's level of Polish.
9. Classes are conducted in groups of 3-12 students. Our intensive 'plus' courses consist of 25 lessons per week. Each lesson is 45 minutes.
10. The school reserves the decision of the number of persons in a group. If the number of persons in a group is 3 or more - we provide 5 lessons daily, for 2 person - 4 lessons, for 1 - 3 lessons.
